I thought those things used vinegar. Which is a good thing to know if you bring back take out salad and realize they forgot the dressing.

"Oh, Katherine, could you come here... I need a favor..."

I'm willing to bet nowehere, anywhere on this earth, has anyone ever turned to anyone and said "Excuse me, I'm out of salad dressing. You look like you douche. You wouldn't happen to have an extra bottle of the vinegar kind handy, would you?"

Punch "anorexic" and "beauty pageant" or "centerfold" into Google. Good time, indeed...

Or try "Goatse" in Google image search or "tubgirl" in google or dogpile.com image search.

Spree Warning - Consider the source. If you punch these in at work, you probably needed to be fired for various reasons.

What's the matter, Sebastian? It seems like every night you come home from work and start posting inanities here. I thought you went to the gym every night to run in place for 45 minutes at a reasonably fast pace and then enjoy an eggwhite omelette with black beans and salsa with the wife? Has something gone terribly awry?

Sometimes, I'm very, very glad that you grace us with your presence. No other person in the world would have given us this gem.

When I'm rich and famous, I'll mention you in an acceptance speech somewhere.

  • Lexus convertible

1. Classic comedy. Thumbs up.
2. Mullet wagon.
3. See #1. Excellent ice breaker.
4. Impotent middle aged "Golf dad."

The late nite material is drunken rambling. I'm not home yet.

Its 30 min cardio, 20 min weight stuff. Lately, its been suateed spinach in peanut sauce and sesame oil, lox/sushi/tuna or some other meat, soy shake, beer/wine and/or vodka in fruit shake. Bagged the black beans about a year ago.

I have questions.

1) Is this all in one meal?
2) Do you eat the same thing every night?
3) Is roast beef "some other meat"?
4) Wouldnt rum be better in a fruit shake?
5) Why did you give up black beans?

I am seriously thinking of upchucking my latte and fudge oatmeal thingy at the thought of beer in a fruit shake.

On the other hand, I almost kind of want to do weights. So I think I'm coming out ahead, overall.

1. No, but I'm lazy and bad with usage of "and/or."
2. Spinach, yes. I eat like a bag of the shit a day (do not tell me its bad for me... I don't care). And I eat a tremendous amount of lox. Keeps me nice and parched. I throw in a good bit of asparagus as well, and I also eat a mango if they're around. And I eat a lot of peanuts and peanut butter if its around. I also enjoy fresh bruschetta from the package (hate bread).
3. I eat the roast beef. And sometimes I have roast beef for dinner.
4. I don't buy rum because whatever rum can do, Ketel One can do better, with less morning headache.
5. I didn't. I just don't eat them during the week anymore. They bloat me.

Beer in a fruit shake? Never.

If you want to get lit quickly before dinner, buy one of those Odwalla blueberry B-Vitamin shakes and mix it with equal parts Hangar One or Ketel one and Red Bull until you finish the shake and the red bull (should get three 16 or so oz drinks out of the mix). That provides a nice primer before dinner and picks you up and makes you feel pretty damn good. And its healthy.

I am not someone who keeps hard liquor in the house bc I don't drink it unless I am at a bar. I do however drink wine on a near daily basis. So the othe day, a friend tells me that she is drinking more vodka bc it dosnt have sugar in it and she is trying to lose weight. So I started thinking about buying a bottle of ketel one instead of drinking wine bc it was less sugary so I woudl sleep better at night. But I stopped myself bc I thought that reasoning sounded like the reasoning of an alcoholic.

That said, I think a vodka and pineapple juice sounds delicious.

Oh, and men should never use the word bloated to desribe themselves. ITs a PMS phenomenon. A feminine word in the gross sense.

If it's equal parts of three things, and you are getting 3 16 oz drinks, you are getting 16 oz of vodka -- no wonder you are lit.

Oh, wait, you probably eat with other people.

Maybe I will lift a drink or three when I get home, in lieu of the weights.

Hmm. Sounds disgusting but I will give it the official empirical college try (after taking a few Chasers for safety purposes).

Will beat my feeble attempt at making cosmetically presentable Black and Tans last night out of the Guiness/Bass 32 oz bottles.

My favorite thing about your current habit of telling us what we are not allowed to post in reply to your posts is that 90% of your "don't tell me an avocado is not a vegetable" things are completely nonsensical. I am amazed that you manage to think through that many permutations of potential replies to get to the hypothetical "eating a lot of spinach isn't good for you" post.

Ps. peanut sauce isn't good for you
Pps. unless you think that the type of fat contained in raw nuts is useful to your diet; I guess the verdict is still out on that one
Ppss. in any event, I agree that it is quite tasty
Whatever comes next. I eat a ton of lox too
Etc. I am feeling a bit bloated AND I had black beans last night

Hmm.
