I have decided that I would like to be Veronica to RP's Betty.

I neither steal things, nor kill people. My only crime is loving the wrong men.

Not my findings, just my thoughts.

To recap:

Sebby sez: "If you are hot, smart and normal, you can have any guy you want."

BnB sez: "Nu-uh. If you are hot you get hit on by guys who are not as hot as they think they are. If you are smart, most men will find that intimidating. "

Entire FB sez: "BnB is wrong. My wife/gf/SO is smart and I dig it." (I'm paraphrasig here.)

But okay, whatever. Y'all are welcome to go on thinking that I am too gorgeous and too smart to find me a man.

Giving Blood and Exercising

I gave blood for the first time this morning. I'm feeling fine (thank you), but I am wondering about short term and long term effects on exercising. Particularly intense cardiovascular exercise. Alright, I'll just admit it. I go to spin classes. So sue me. Anyways, these classes are pretty damn intense - I routinely lose about 4-5 lbs of sweat during a one hour class, despite the fact that I drink 16-22 oz. of fluid during the class. The web sites I have read about blood donation and exercise all talk about dehydration, and varying time intervals of decreased performance. Any anecdotal experience out there? Nothing would be more emasculating to me than to faint in a girly spin class.

[whine]Why do I have to be Betty?[/whine]

On second thought, as long as Veronica and Betty make out in this scenario, and I get to cast Archie (you know who you are, sweetums), and I can use Veronica's pool and tennis courts whenever I want, it works for me.

Does this sound appealing to you FB guys? To me this sounds like one of those experiments where a monkey gets shocked everytime it does the wrong thing.
Could you supply a test cooter and write a memo describing in sufficiently graphic detail and attaching pictures the pros and cons of using said razor. Afterall, why should it only be for men if there is possibly something in it for the ladies? Thank you in advance.

I thought you'd prefer to be Betty cause everyone knows, in the end, she's the one who gets the guy.

I donate blood regularly and typically run 8 miles two or three times a week. Can't run the same day I give blood. I tried, but I run out of gas and feel like shit.

Yeah. You're a future faggot. I went to a spin class once. There's a mirror in front of the class, and I can see the reflected front row working in the mirror. Well, one gorgeous woman is leaning over showing cleavage and it's helping pass the time, and I'm starting to daydream.........and...........
Yikessss! all of a sudden I realize I'm watching the moving buttocks muscle of the guy in front of me rippling through his bike shorts. I got out of there pretty quick, I'll tell you.
you do spinning, what 2/3 times a week?
As to blood, you can't drink the night before giving right? Can't help you anecdotally.

The truth is you lack the range to play against type, and everyone knows Veronica's a bitch.

You can't fool me with this faux-thoughtfulness. Who would pick Archie* over a trust fund?

* The real Archie. Not the FB Archie, schmoopie.

I am not he. As long as you eat regularly and hydrate, the day after has never caused me any problems. BTW, do they have anything analogous to the ladies' tee in spinning class?

I think you have your roles reversed here. Or was this just wishful thinking?

You should be able to resume your normal exercise the next day. Just make sure you drink plenty of fluids between donation and exercise. Pretend you did two or so spinning classes in a row and drink accordingly.
