Hot or not?

Actually, it has more to do with the fact that you live in MN. Well, that and your passive aggressiveness and tendency to be in other people's business. But I guess that's not particular to hot women, is it?

BRC, your experience supports my impression that if a woman is almost universally hated by other women, it is because of the way she treats them, not because they are jealous of her looks. But we must be wrong because Thurgreed says it happens all the time!

I knew you'd come around.

On the flip side, how many hot women do you know who have almost no women friends? Do you know how they treat other women?

The problem with you is, you don't know how to look at a question or statement with any degree of common sense. You either answer in a way that is too literal (i.e., "I don't know any women who have no friends") or you change the meaning of the question to something that makes no sense and then answer it (i.e., "I'm having a harder time coming up with a hot woman who had almost no women friends, bitchy or not.").
I think there are very, very few women in the world who have almost no women friends. Even bitchy women have women friends. They tend to be bitchy also, but they're there.
The point I was trying to make was that hot women have an extra obstacle to overcome because there is a presumption of bitchiness, especially if they're shy. They also have to go out of their way to reach out to women who are otherwise intimidated (subconsciously or not) by their beauty.
Don't get me wrong, hot women have it easy relative to everyone else. I was just making a point about how their beauty affects other people.
The other point I made was that if a woman who is hot is interested in guy things, she will be painted as a man-pleaser and shunned. Does this happen for the rest of her life with all women? No. But whenever it does initially, it's on her to show how them that she can get along with women too.
