Yes, I know this is Wonking par excellence, but will someone just say what the stupid thing is so I am not required to surf to some pervy website?

In other words, if you need that eight-pack, you could really use an eight-pack.

(Or is soda sold in 12-ounce cans? Meh - you know what I mean.)

In other news... WTF, my online bridge supplier seems to be having technical difficulties. What's the equivalent of methadone for online-bridge withdrawal?

You come here and yet protest pervy websites? We're slipping (again).

Online bridge? This is new to me. Why is it so addictive?

As a player, it is hard to find 3 real live local others under the age of 75. Fucking kids and their newfangled radios.

Pittsfield had a truly great diner for a long time, though, the Salt-n-Pepper. In my mind the best diner in Western Mass. in its day, better than the legendary but college-fied Miss Flo's.

Alas, no more. Still, who does not dream of the Piazza looking out toward the mountain? Yes, Pittsfield is a strange combination of New Jersey style strip development and pitty New England Mill Town, but there are some gems in those coals.

Anyone buying non-diet soda in a 64 oz tub should be given a complimentary pack of cigarettes and crate of Slim Jims with it. They'll be leaving this mortal coil soon enough, and we should do everything in our power to hasten the exit.

You know, of all the unhealthy things I've given up in my life, the one I really miss is cigarettes. I mean, really really miss.

My newest healthy thing is 5 days a week I do a 6 minute ab tape. 30 minutes a week and I have a 6 pack. It isn't visable, because there's 10 pounds of fat in front of it, but it feels very impressive.

I saw a thing about GPS running watches and there are some now for around $50. The Garmin's are still hundreds. Do you know if we'd lose anything with the cheaper ones?
