For shame, Not Bob. For shame.

If you want to destroy that sweater.
Hold this thread as I walk away... As I walk away.

Hey, Flinty, maybe you should get the girl some bacon.

She seems to prefer Hank as of late. I know how to bow out gracefully.

Caviar in a tube makes a nice sandwich condiment, but this sounds yucky.

Nah, I'll wait until it's on Amazon so I can go through the Lawtalkers link!

ETA: I note these fine bacon-related products are available for order from Amazon:

Ah... Thinkgeek tends to release seasonal items at the beginning of April.

After all, starting the new school year is a classic out with the old, in with the new moment, yes? Is the Choke-recommending daughter getting ready to graduate? Is the smooth-passing son getting ready to move up to the next age level? Are you fleeing Motown for wherever Toyota or Honda builds their US-made cars?

Taking you seriously, that's an interesting point. I hadn't really heard much about anyone objecting to the Blackhawks logo. It doesn't appear to be as offensively cartoonish as Chief Wahoo of the Indians, and I don't know that I would call it a "humorous caricature of a war-like Native American," but I am a white dude, so what do I know?

Oh, and they're playing the Canucks next.*

*The Columbus Blue Jackets, actually. But that's not as funny.

Oh, I see how it is. Hank's dreams are definitely more interesting than mine!

AoN, I will be filing a class action suit (Ironweed, and all others similarly situated, versus University of Notre Dame, Pope Benedict the Whatever, Father Guido Sarducci, and Charley Weiss) shortly.

Hank is correct. "Aboriginal" is a common term for First Nations people in Canada. It's in the Constitution! http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/const/annex_e.html#II

For example, I took "Aboriginal Law" in Law School. It was not about Australians.

First Nations people in Canada often refer to themselves as Aboriginal. And land claims are described in court decisions as assertions of "aboriginal rights."

And I know how you kids like cites, so here are some more:

You're welcome, Hank.
