Jasmine is the single hottest Disny princess, by 2. in afew years, when you start taking Jr. there for your every vacation, Jasmine is why you'll suggest going to MGM after your second vodka at lunch.

You fishist fuck. It's Ariel . . . no one comes close. None of the others could pull off a seashell bikini.

I've gotta say Hank is right on Jasmine.

If you're hot for Ariel, Burger, you might wanna keep that to yourself. PETA and all.

P.S. Bottom line -- Ariel is a fish. Snow White and Cinderella are basically asexual, and Princess Aurora (SB) is a bit too stiff -- maybe the many years of slumber, but you know she's not naughty in bed. Belle is quite cute, but she's apparently into stuff I ain't, IYKWIMAITYD. So Jasmine almost wins by default.

Dude. The of "hotties" list includes a run of Fran Drescher, SJP and Amy Winehouse. Cleary it has no credibility.

Lot of surprises there though, at the sense of "huh, didn't know she was jewish but then again why would I as I tend not to track the religion/ethicity of every actress I see."

I'd bang Drescher just because when I was young I thought she was hot. And Winehouse just because you know that's got to be insane.

Wearing many, many condoms with Winehouse, mind you.

No SJP. I'd have no interest in sleeping with her even as a novelty. And no interest in screwing over the guy who was half of one of my favorite movies of all time - Election.

You don't have to worry about that last part, Sebby. I'm sure he'd be cool with it because your name is on her "laminated list."

Utility Overcharge

Anyone have any suggestions as to how I might go about determining whether the utility company is overcharging me? My monthly bill is outrageous (more than double the amount paid by a local inn/restaurant -- with commercial laundry and kitchen facilities), but the utility insists (of course) that there's nothing wrong with the meter.

there are meters you can buy to monitor the utility's meter.

do readers still come and read your meter? if so, have they been actually reading or guessing for awhile?

In NYC, they come to read the meter, and it seems that every time I'm home, they're stopping by to read the thing. Here in CT, they must guess, because I've never seen them. I have corresponded with this consumer action guy of the Hartford Courant, who has asked me to send him my bill, which I will do. Maybe I'll be on the local evening news with my face blurred out and my voice disguised! Woohoo!!

But just in case that doesn't work out, where would I buy such a meter?

Did you just call me Coltrane? 12-09-2008 11:01 AM

Some of them aren't actually Jewish, right? They just have Jewish ancestry?

i think you can ask them to read the meter. especially if they have not for a long time, they may be way off.

I have no meter, but googled and found several. as to recommendations for a good one, maybe try to find a survivalist group in your neck of the woods?

1) Have you read the meter yourself? My electric co. once misread the thousands counter, leading to a bill for something like $2000.

2) Have you compared the actual energy usage to bills from last year around the same time? Not just the money, but the kW or the Therms (are you talking gas or electric)? Prices for energy are up in a lot of places.

3) Have you asked the restaurant whether they've figured out how to bypass their meter?

They have read it twice, and told me it's fine. But it just can't be.

Unless everyone pays that much for electricity -- how much do you think an average home would pay a month for electricity (electric heat only in one room, gas stove, new refrigerator, washer/dryer used 5/7 days)?

Above or below $500/month? Between $500 and $1000? Over $1000?

Less than $300.

Electricity? Gas?

Possibilities include gas leaks (we had one, and they waived all charges for a month - since they could have blown us up!), someone stealing your juice, a broken meter, or really bad wiring in your house that is sucking up juice somewhere (quite dangerous sometimes).

Sorry, read further - looks like electricity. We pay about $300 or so, but have gas for the heat, stove and dryer. If you heat with electricity (not common in this part of the world), you could pay $1000 easily, otherwise, you have a problem if you're that high.

Do you unplug your cell phone chargers?
