Unpleasant, but the honorable thing to do so long as you can stay firm that it is over.

Yeah, unless I am reading it wrong, I don't think that is going to be an issue.

Then what is there to talk about? Unless by "talk," you mean "good-bye fellatio."

What is the point of going to spring training with the yankees or doing a ride with Lance Armstrong? People are starfuckers, and want to be associated with them. They're willing to pay money to do it. Why is that a problem?

Yeah, but isn't it kind of cool to meet someone like that and maybe discuss running, tips, etc. if you're really into running? He never pretended he could keep up with the guy. I think the analogy to fantasy baseball camp is a decent one -- only with active players.

Hmm. Well, I hope it doesn't turn harsh. High road is best.

Would you feel stupid playing golf with Tiger or Phil?

Actually, I would. It would be cool, but I'd feel like a dick shanking the ball all over the place. Of course, I'd make them feel like dicks when they try to act all lawyerly.

Anyway, this probably isn't possible for Chambers, but I would have told Kiplagat to run his 5:45s and I'd see how long I could keep up.

Have the talk in a public place where no liquids are immediately available. With a friend set to call you in five minutes (which works even if there is good bye fellatio!)

For me, this is different. It would be cool to hang out with the players, but my main reason for being there would be to see if I could knock one out of Yankee Stadium* during BP.

In fact, I would rather do that than meet any ballplayer. Taking BP at a major league park ranks VERY high for me as far as sports fantasies go.

*I changed the fantasy scenario from spring training to Yankee Stadium.

Thanks, but I am not worried about any hostilities. She is just going to press me on my thinking, and I am going to have to think of multiple ways of not answering the question or answering in ways that are not hurtful. It is just odd to me that anyone would want to talk about such things, but maybe I am just closed off and emotionally unavailable. It isn't surprising from her.

tiger could still play his game. The Kenyan guy would basically be walking next to me.

exactly. i'd make him work with me. "Fuck, man this argument looks like swiss cheese." then i could feel better about myself.

"your tits are too small. call me shallow, but i just can't see myself for life with someone who has breasts your size."

it is a version of "it's not you, it's me", but has the twist that it is sort of her fault too.

What with the declining cost of augmentation, this is a recipe for Adder's needy girl to end up with some DDs and Adder to be burdened with another decade of therapy bills. Nice job, Hank.
