I put in $600 a month and have my assets diversified over cash, small cap, large cap, g-bonds and c-bonds and still, I haven't seen an increase in the asset value this year.

Am I mad? I could be spending this on an E-350 or something.

We won long ago. Bush is a fool to call his campaign a "war" on terror. The terrorists are like people throwing eggs at a parade going by. Sure, they're an annoyance, and they create temporary anger and disruption. But in the end, the western marketization of the world is going to trample Islam into something akin to Christianity and Judaism - a personal religious choice with no place in the state.
