Hank, you translate others’ posts from English into some other language, and you do so poorly. That means that what you are responding to is unlikely to be an accurate representation of what was actually said.

Ty, your language skills are far from those of normal humans, or at least farther from normal human language than is the case with some other posters here. It is therefore difficult to respond to what you are saying because it is hard to know what you would actually be saying if you spoke normal human, or at least close to normal human language.

I don’t know the solution, but I think the above problems may be why it appears you are talking past each other.

You've clearly subscribed to the old-fashioned notion that rational discussion is the best way to resolve issues. Did you learn nothing from the Trump years?

I'd suggest you explore alternative dispute resolution approaches, like belittling your opponent until they stop arguing against you, screaming word salad into the wind and declaring yourself the victor, or just firing into a crowd and calling it self defense.

This board has been a pioneer in such alternative dispute resolution techniques.

pony/Icky had a great saying which was totally original. If a person does something you don't like there are two things you can do: (1) ignore it and do nothing or (2) beat the shit out of em.

Not me. News flash, those are fake names. Before people on this board insisted on mixing anonymity with real life making this place so unattractive.

The board was a magical, mystical place back when everyone was an anonymous sock. Then one night I figured out who c2ed was, and emailed her to warn her that she wasn't that anonymous. Later the managing partner of the office asked me if I was posting on Greedy Associates. Good times.

Someone at my last Biglaw posted detailed firm financials and then our CEO threatened suit on where ever the Board was then. that's when we got kicked off that platform.

What do you mean "an" anonymous sock?

I was so much younger then. I'm older than that now.

Trump is no longer President, so there's that, but we have a pandemic, and all the conservatives who wanted the government to abolish civil liberties during the whole Ebola thing have done a 180 and insist they have a god-given right to infect everyone else.

Interesting, which Trump? Ivanka? She’s hot!

But that wasn’t really what I was asking. And maybe this should be a dm, but can we still get erections?

I think you're forgetting that I'm not as old as you are.
