Keep the bastards working the problem well into the night.

I can't stand inane IT lockdowns.

A few weeks ago, IT announced that "for internet security reasons, as well as system reliability, we are removing all browsers other than Internet Explorer" from work computers.
That's like saying "For crash safety reasons, we have removed all cars but the Dodge Neon." But worse. Like "for safe sex reasons we have prohibitted all sex but anal sex with monkeys."

You've got it backwards. West of Billings the scenery gets interesting enough to not need help. But to get across NoDak and eastern MT without going into a boredom-induced coma is an accomplishment. My theory is that one can simply point the car west after Fargo, set cruise control and be fine until the MT border isn't completely accurate. There is the occasional semi and deer to avoid hitting and once in awhile the road deviates by a degree or two.

Staying awake was important and the Fugee Mom doesn't like "loud music" so the Bryson books were a compromise.

FB's favorite kinky dentist gets probation. Anyone care to guess how much federal pound-you-in-the-ass prison time he'd now be doing if even a single one of his victims was male?

So it seems Rob feels cheated because apparently the pilot on that last flight was a Lex fan from Survivor (I stopped watching Survivor before Africa, but there must be some beef between Rob and Lex from All-Stars? nCs?* Less?). I guess he supposedly held the flight up to sabotage Rob's chances somehow.

I say, so fucking what? Rob and Amber benefited numerous times from being recognized on the race, having people basically do their challenges for them and act as their guides. When it works against him, he implies that the race is fixed? Fuck you. He's treated people like ass on national television for years. He didn't think any of it would bite him in the ass?

TM

*On a side note, shouldn't your moniker always be in different cases to really stress the point.

I think that Rob made a deal with Lex on Survivor all-stars, then, in order to save Amber's ass, or to be with Amber or something like that, he screwed Lex over.

Rob's been bitching in a bunch of places about the fact that the pilot closed the door and reopened it. Leno and somewhere else as well, apparently. Didn't mention the personal issue the pilot had, though. His previous assertion was CBS producers ordered the door reopened in order to make the finish close. Seems like a more likely reason than the pilot didn't like him.

BTW, Rob should stop bitching about anything CBS does, since they paid a former bricklayer much $$ to have his wedding televised, and paid for his wife to get a sweet, furnished house in Pensacola. Along with a giant, autographed Red Sox 2004 Champions painting hanging above the bed. What woman wouldn't want that?
