I know, I know, it just didn't seem very cool to vote for khakis. So you threw your vote away, um, I mean expressed your God-given constitutionally-granted right to vote for capris because, what the fuck. Capris were a fringe vote and it meant nothing, but felt kind of rebellious and cathartic. And everyone knew culottes would never win, because culottes are just stupid crazy.
