What he really needs is years and years of therapy. I'm surprised it has taken this long. You are correct though, jail will do him no good.
While I believe that Michael has done the things his accuser says, it seems that the accuser and his family were the wrong people to bring this case. The defense attorneys have done a good job in attacking credibility.
Still, he should get some therapy.
