Yeah, that's a pretty good workout. I think I'd be at about that pace now if I swam for a whole hour.
But when I swam in highschool, I swam about the same yardage, just much more intensely. And I remember kicking a lot in highschool. I do about 200M kicking per workout now, if that. In highschool, probably 500-1000M kicking, at least, which takes a lot longer.
