How about noise? On my street, they come by at about 4:30 am, pick up the bins full of glass, and throw them about thirty feet up in the air. All that glass then falls back down about 25 feet, to crash deafeningly onto all of the glass already on their truck. Could he be putting it with yours because it's a more sound-blocked spot from his bedroom?
