I do. Self-help remedies. It worked like a charm. There are obvious risks but you assess your adversary going in and make the call on assuming them.

That is not legal advice and YMMV.

No, no, no. Bats are welcome in Connecticut, just not in my house.

I thought that was the rule they would need to follow. Maybe you should put up plaques with your motto by all windows and doors of the house.

The adjunct professor at my law school who taught the landlord/tenant class I took suggested that residential landlords offer the tenant $100 bucks to leave -- she told us about her favorite client, whose strategy was to rip a hundred dollar bill in half (keeping the larger part) and tell his tenants that they would get the other half when they were out of the apartment.

$100 bucks? That's barely enough to make it worth my while not to rip out and sell all of the copper plumbing.

How do they explain his wins the next 6 races?
You change the subject. Does Jason Giambi's good year this year somehow negate the fact that he was a cheater in past years? If I refrain from raping baby boys this year, am I free from action on previously tearing their little rectums asunder?

The plumbing in the trailers I rent out at the Shady Rest Trailer Court (located out on Highway 64) is PVC.

No chinese today

Tiger meat.

A restaurant in northeastern China that advertised illegal tiger meat dishes was found instead to be selling donkey flesh — marinated in tiger urine, a newspaper reported Thursday.

The Hufulou restaurant, located beside the Heidaohezi tiger reserve near the city of Hailin, had advertised stir-fried tiger meat with chilies for $98as well as liquor flavored with tiger bone for $74 a bottle, the China Daily reported. Raw meat was priced at $864 per kilogram.

The sale of tiger parts is illegal in China and officers shut down the restaurant, only to be told by owner, Ma Shikun, that the meat was actually that of donkeys, flavored with tiger urine to give the dish a "special" tang, the newspaper said.

The report didn't say how the urine was obtained.

Surely there must be someone out there that knows how the urine was obtained?

Don't push me. I just got back to my office with my spicy salmon bowl and a defective set of chopsticks (fucking knotted wood). I am eating it with a fork. How wrong is this?

I at an entire salad with a plastic knife the other day because I forgot to pick up a fork on my way out of the store. And I was too lazy and hungry to go to our cafeteria and pick up a fork.

On another note, is anyone watching Rome? I quite like it.
