- Who, incidentally, testified under oath that the reason the "four corners" of the warrant didn't include the names of the people to be searched, beyond the dealer himself, was--wait for it--because there wasn't enough room on the form to write them in.
They use forms, they try their best, and sometimes they screw up. Do you remember the case which said the warrent is okay if the cop had a decent belief it was? There a FORM warrent was grabbed that was intended for narc busts. The form said "search for drugs and ______." The cop grabbed the form and filled in evidence of murder. The suspect was being looked at for killing a kid, no evidence of drug use.
The evidence he did kill the kid was going to be thrown out because----wait for it--- there was no evidence of drug use. Holding was essentially rot in hell fuck. The cop intended to do right.

- Besides the fact that I've never actually come across a drug dealer willing to use a child to hide contraband--even they consider that distasteful, which is why they generally use a toilet instead, despite the sick fantasies of certain narcotics detectives
It sounds nice in New Hampshire!
But here, in Detroit, the biggest herion ring a few years back was young Boys, Inc. No Penske was not involved. It was a ring that used preteen boys to handle the drugs, so that cops would tend not to check them, and they wouldn't get time even if they were checked.
and here's the best part of your "source" and the only smoking gun posted here today:

A great website, one on which this great comment was recently posted:
