Is it possible to get a breast lift, not including implants, that involves minimal scarring? Or does it require the anchor-shaped scar you get with breast reduction?

ETA I don't necessarily trust the internet on this.

I'd give her a double anal twist.
I wonder how tall she is?

Newest trend in plastic surgery, Vagina Makeovers.

Women are coming to plastic surgeons, ob-gyns and a hybrid specialist called a urogynecologist for procedures to nip the inner labia, plump the outer labia, tighten the vagina and even restore the hymen.

Stubbs performs what he calls “the Toronto trim,” a combo procedure that includes a reduction of the inner labia and a slight “unhooding” of the clitoris so the little man in the boat isn’t being quite so reclusive.

Women are just beginning to have another new procedure, too: G-spot enhancement.

After Dr. Gary Alter, who practices in both Beverly Hills and New York, performed a labia reduction on the makeover show “Dr. 90210,” “it brought lots of women out of the closet. I got massive amounts of e-mails and phone calls.”

The reasons for the popularity of genital makeovers should be familiar to regular readers of Sexploration. As we’ve seen, pubic hair grooming has become practically a must. When all that hair gets shaved or waxed off, the naughty bits become much more obvious. We can see what’s up down there. And men and women are watching more porn these days (*gasp*), looking at the newly visible private parts, and comparing.

Why would it turn them into lesbians? A more attractive box to chow?

Here's another question: are these involved?

Doctor 90210 is a reality tv show on E! that follows the practice of a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills. It is more well known than Plastic Surgery Beverly Hills, which was basically the same thing on TLC and featured a friend of ours who, surprisingly given the name of the show, practices plastic surgery in Beverly Hills. Fringey, I can look into your question.

Thanks! It is looking like probably not, which makes sense. I guess if you didn't mind having scars across your upper chest/shoulders, you could lift from the top, but I think that would bug me.

Heard on the streets of Boston today:

Yuppie banker type: "But it is so hot, that is why I bought it for you"

Prim and proper junior leaguer companion: "And so you really want me to use a strap-on?!?"

I got wood just typing the reminiscence.

Then just get the G-spot enhancement. No scars.

Isn't the scarier aspect of a breast lift they move the nipples? Eek. Plus, potential loss of sensation. Double eek!

Jessica Alba appears to have the most perfect breasts on the planet.

The nipple moving and loss of sensation are part of doing the whole anchor-incisions-lift-from-the-bottom thing. If they could just shrink the skin on my upper chest, that would be great.

Is this in the top 1000?

This from today's Variety, in the regular "Births" column:

To Emily and Penn Jillette, a girl, Moxie CrimeFighter Jillette, June 3, Los (sic) Vegas. Mother is non-pro; father is comic/magician and half of the performing due Penn & Teller.

Just expose them to Ironweed's face.
