I like John Cougar. He incorps the alternative instruments perfectly. Underrated. Pink Houses is a better slice of Americana than the Boss could write in 100 albums.

Crowes played Atl City last weekend. Couldn't get tix.

You're welcome, of course. Glad to help.
a) clearly you are overtired.

b) I am starting to think you havent seen a live show since you acquired a Mrs. Dangerfield. Pity. I am seeing the Crowes like eight times this year (if i go ACL). Rawkin.

I will go one further. I have at least three of his albums. Scarecrow, Lonesome Jubilee, and that one with I Saw You First. Don't be such a hatah. You own a No Doubt album and Everyone knows that JCM is clearly the more superb artiste. In fact, owning No Doubt and ADMITTING to it kind of makes you a pussy. GOt any Britney or Xtina ?

Morals are the essence of what principled people fight about. If you think that women are inferior, should walk behind you, and are so inherently evil that they need to cover their basic offensiveness, well, my principles oppose yours, and we should both simply accept that idea that one of us needs to kill the other. I'm not willing to let you live to torture more women. You're not willing to let me live to fool more women into thinking they're really people. In the end, these are incompatible theses, and there needs to be a winner.

I'm hoping the women recognize what's being fought over.

No such thing. There is my morality. Then, there is the rest. I am comfortable with mine. What higher power shall I answer to?

To the extent that the treaty in question represents truth.

I enjoy the hell out of a lot of Mellenkamp's music.

I just wish he were smarter. Think of what he could write!

I used to be skeptical when Santorum and the rest of the "Social Conservatives" would say that standards in America are dropping like a depth charge. But I stand corrected. I remember a day when people would rather admit to being a child molester than to owning a John Cougar album. Now people are out of the closet. They stand in the public square and admit freely without any shame to like his music.

Are there no standards left? Are people competely bereft of shame?

What is next? Tutus for Basset Hounds?

Grand Jury in Chicago?

In this day and age how many times does someone need to cry wolf before their crediblity it completely destroyed. It looks like these days you get infinite swipes at the ball...............

This is incredible! I just can't believe it is happening. The Plame affair is just the tip of the iceberg. The invesigation has gone much deeper, even into 911 issues. Colin Powell testified against Bush about lying his way into war. This is high treason under U.S. law, the article says.

There is not only speculation that Bush & Gang may try to fire the investigator, a la Nixon, but that they may have tried to actually blow up the investigation with a bomb!

Here is the full article from Tom Flocco:

When you see something on a blog that seems pretty damning it often helps to read the surrounding posts to see if the site if looney tunes. Here I think you'll find it to be nuts. By the way, this simple technique destroys about 95% of Ty's "evidence."

The surrounding posts? Res ipsa. Although it's good to see a left wing looney as far out there as the Vince Foster conspiracy theorists.

It's the only decent song he's ever written.

I don't call the whiff. And I wasn't suggesting that you were, well, doing that thing.

Quit being so mean to me. Aren't we supposed to be friends?
