Please don't change your avatar anytime soon. At least give me the next ten minutes.

I would have thought the advantage that comes from short stature would have been cancelled out by your huge target-shaped head.

Not if you accessorize correctly. The wide variety of gorgeous hats and other gear for snowshoeing in frozen hell is truly startling (at least in my closet).

And of course, an everpresent Thermos of hot chocolate and marshmallows is key.

4 TVs. Too many. And I never said I didn't enjoy having a roommate. I lived alone for 3 years during law school. It was boring. Here's a list of the benefits:

(1) You never drink alone.
(2) You're only 3 people away from a poker game.
(3) I buy "The Office" DVD. He buys Eddie Izzard.
(4) Enough room for large parties (keggers!!)
(5) I get to make fun of him if I see an ugly girl leaving (infinite value on the fun scale).
(6) People always seem to stop by for sporting events. I enjoy this. Sitting at home watching football (or anything for that matter except for porn) alone is not half as fun as watching it with a group.
(7) He's a mean chef. The guy can cook.
(8) "Hey, lets call so-and-so and harass him for turning 30" - good times.
(9) You don't feel half as guilty sitting on the couch and watching TV if someone else is on the other couch doing the same.
(10) Growing up is for suckers. You can have your maturity.
None of the foregoing can erase the simple fact that anyone over 30 with a roommate that they aren't fucking on a regular basis is immediately perceived as a loser.

I think those were only the top 10 benefits.

Yeah, usually. People are barbarians. In that case, the best I can offer is "my schedule is fairly eratic. Let me know when you have a specific time in mind."
This, of course, opens you up to the risk that the recipient will understand your typo as "erotic" instead of "erratic" resulting in imbroglio hilarity the likes of which can hardly be imagined.

[Fuck whoever got to this joke first, if it's not me, that is.]

Untrue. Remember that apartment on Park Avenue at which we attended a few pre-kitchen parties?

(1) I'm 28
(2) I honestly don't give a shit. Saving enough money to buy a place outweighs perception every day of the week.

1) Good, because you have two more years to save.

2) You will when you you finally realize that the girls you are trying to hit on - when you tell them you have a roommate - are laughing at you, not with you.

Sure. Because a single guy over 30 with his first place which is void of furniture and can't cook is sooo much hotter.

If anything, you completely validated my point.

What about just throwing the invitaions in the garbage and saying you never got 'em. That's what pony does.
