One of my partners used ChatGPT to write a brief (as a test, not to file) and had the same result. Be careful out there! And know, for now we are still safe.

For shits and giggles I may go down to that courtroom to watch.

No, I will live stream from a federal courtroom, lol.

Turns out, I won't be able to dick around there on that day anyway. I have actual work to do.

They're still doing artisanal law, instead of mass production.

Getting yourself indicted because you're too big a jackass to do what you are told.

Because they are primarily an insurance defense firm.

And the schadenfreude is that those two break-away partners defend (paid for by EPLI insurance) employers against allegations of sexual and racial discrimination and harassment.

Oh, the irony!

Oh, the irony!

They say the best criminal defense lawyers learned their chops as prosecutors, so these probably know their way around a harassment matter!

Those houses are too much work. Better to get a golden visa where it's still available. Right now, I can only afford the bronze visas like Thailand or Greece.

Obviously a no brainer if you can do it, but my history there's too big of a gap between Italy and here.

Speaking of things like COVID denial, this is brilliant.

There’s a lot more to remark about all of this, but this is now getting very long, so I’ll just say that I suppose every American, as a free individual, is entitled to live in his or her own private world of psychotic delusions. And what is freedom of association but the freedom to associate with other lunatics of a similar persuasion? People say our nation is in decline, but it seems to me like we are coming ever closer to making this part of the American dream come true.

No socks, but so many guests. The box at the top left says there are one User (me) and 100 guests here right now. Is that an AI startup trying to build an artificially greedy associate?

So I'm close to getting an EU Passport. I go into an EU country and use the EU passport. I return home and can use my US Passport? It's quicker with the EU one?

Staying on so far, but waiting to see if they really want me, and what the offer is. Signals unclear.

I didn't think Eastman would get indicted. Disbarred maybe, but I figured DOJ would show professional respect to lawyers, especially lawyers who come off as establishment. I didn't count on the Fulton County DA's Office, God bless 'em.
