Have another lawyer there on your side or even a paralegal who speaks their language if you don’t.

Make sure you know personally the precise Translations of the key terms.

A real thorough job would be to learn the foreign language yourself so that you can actually go to the deposition fluent in it but that’s me.

Also, understanding difference between simultaneous translation and Consecutive. Consecutive a lot easier to understand like somebody said here it takes twice as long. If you have experience and a great translator in a very consecutive. Consecutive a lot easier just understand like somebody said here it takes twice as long. If you have experience and a great translator in a very experienced reporter you can use simultaneous but it’s for experts only

I don't get it either. We're on the second floor, so we have to use drop pads in any case. And I only drop when I'm completely exhausted or if I think lowering the weights will fuck up my back after a particularly heavy lift.

The people who drop most often and loudest are the same people who grunt the most and loudest. They want that attention and recognition of how much they're doing.

A friend of mine spent two years fighting with the Crossfit on the other side of the fence from her yard in Austin. The noise of weight throwing at all hours of the day was insane. The city changed the designation of two Crossfit studios to keep them out of residential neighborhoods after the ordeal.

Some HS kid was dead-lifting 415 the other day for reps. He was about 170. I was fine with his grunting.

ETA: he was probably 25 but people in their 20s look like teenagers to me.

Harsh, but probably fair (I don't mean to find out).

E.g.,

Quote:

The hour crawled by. A middle segment featured the “Today” regulars welcoming Kelly to 30 Rockefeller Center, a predawn festivity of studied smarm, with the added delight of seeing Kathie Lee Gifford sit in her makeup chair and play nice-nice with Kelly the way an old house cat would welcome a naive and extra-squeaky mouse to the kitchen.

The one young lady who does it at my gym (a regular gym) doesn't drop the weights and looks amazing. The one fat guy I saw drops the weights (same weight as she works out with) and doesn't look amazing.

Totally. I was just emailing with a friend in London who was telling me how he is involved in the Brexit mess, and I thought to myself, wow, I wish I had the energy to continue to be outraged and to try to do something about it.

I meant decades ago...

If you think Trump's the cause of the problem, rather than a symptom (in a cancer-patient-getting-pneumonia sort of way), you're the sucker at the table.

The market will get to 30k. But society? Short that.

(And it'd be just as short-worthy - perhaps more so - with HRC.)

I know all you Trump haters talk about how science is real, but you guys seem to be ignoring the lessons of science. If the dinosaurs had accepted the reality of the asteroid hit they might have evolved to still being around today. You need to accept Trump as the prez. I can't adjust too much, I mean my grandparents immigrated here, likely without papers, but from Italy, so he probably won't get around to kicking me out until like, 4th term, right, I mean we're swarthy but not as bad as some? But you, your people must go back a ways, and to whiter countries, right? If you just delete all the race music stuff, your kids might be fine.

In high school I did squat reps there and more. We never did dead lifts, though.

I wasn't cool then either.

No it's all the bigots and greedy bastards in the Republican party (and the fucking misogynistic asshats like you who enable them). Trump didn't just appear out of thin air.

As to your stock picks, please, mortgage your house and put it on all that outcome. Good luck to you.

Misogynistic? Where are you getting that?* Let me guess: It's not a valid criticism unless you can gratuitously throw in some allegation of sexism, racism, or xenophobia?

Re the market, if you're so sure it's not going to 30k, and that it's at risk of falling precipitously, rather than argue with me, why don't you argue with Adder? I'm confident it'll get to 30k. But I also think when it does fall, it'll be awful. The guy who thinks everything is dandy and the market effectively reflects the underlying real economy is Adder.

And let's face it -- you two are ideally matched to argue with one another.

Agreed. There is no number of people that can be shot to death in this country that would move the needle on gun control in a perceptible way. Period. Just keep your head down.

The volume doesn't matter, agreed. But the identity might. The one time we got anything was after Reagan and Brady got shot.

Those days are completely fucking over. Reagan supported gun control. You can't possibly name one person (or any number of people, for that matter) who could be gunned down that would loosen the NRA's grip on our legislature.

This is the whirlwind wrought by Scalia when he tortured the Second Amendment to effectively eviscerate the first phrase concerning a well regulated militia.

There is no physical defense possible in the face of automatic weapons fire from high ground. There is no moral defense possible to permitting this to continue. But it will.

The Trump Court will make sure this type of massacre will continue to be a constant for the lifetime of everyone in this country.
