I didn't EMAIL her a second time. Both times I CALLED and left phone messages. The reason I left the "let me know you're OK" phone message was a bit devious on my part. On our first lengthy date, she had told me about a guy she dated for awhile who she was getting serious with, and how they would spend weekends together and talk every day. Then he disappeared without a word to her. She told me after she didn't hear from him for awhile she called and left him a message asking him to contact her, since she was "genuinely concerned" about him. My phone message was giving her a taste of her own medicine, which I didn't think was so bad when she did it.
A taste of her own medicine? She told you about when some guy completely blew her off. Then she completely blew you off. And you wanted to point out that you realized she completely blew you off and you thought you were giving her a taste of her own medicine? That's the stupidest thing I've heard so far this year.

Can you Name that Gossip

Actually, she may have been a model, because I think they were saying photos of her were getting to be 3 years old, and no one was taking new ones because she looked so worn. It was saying that the 28 year old star had just had a lot of plasitc surgery because her hard partying had left her looking 40...that she was known for her nice natural tatas, but gotten implants because gravity had already taken its toll. They may have also said that she hadn't been landing a lot of work lately because she had looked so old and worn for her age. Does anyone have any idea who this is?

Thanks, dude, for any help.

SB
Sounds like Drew Barrymore to me.

This is a noble and important job, but I just don't think I could take the "down side" of working with dying children. It makes me depressed just thinking about it. It takes a special kind of person to be able to do that -- and I'm definitely not that person.

I'd break down too often.

She seemed to be happy with the guy with the good build, bald head and fucked up beard lines. She kissed him. If he keeps his mouth shut, he'll have a better chance of not blowing it. He looked way too happy when she kissed him.

But, since he has a good build (although he's short), it doesn't bode well for him when the guys with really good builds (and shaving practices) arrive. He'll be tossed aside like that pathetic Anon.

Hopefully, in a somewhat nicer fashion.

(Jeez, finally some new blood, and you people drive him away. Nice.)

The Anon isn't (very) new blood. And if you're referring to NW Native, he got much kinder treatment than most of us did as newbies (and than Taxwonk gets now). I still can't think of my own hazing without welling up. Pardon me while I take a moment.

Portraitist. Joy of painting, rich patrons, no real boss.

Come to think of it, animal portraitist. I've seen several advertised in "Bark." It would be sweet to be paid to play with dogs all day.

You're mixing up posters. Isn't the anon a supposed regular here? The NW-something poster is the one that was driven away.
