raouaouaoal didn't seem to think his delivery style (shallow) was strange -- he seemed to be saying that any other delivery style is just plain wrong. I will chalk it up as (yet) another rouaoaouaouol-esque inconsistency.

Former baseball player with a "submarine" delivery.

Oh right, strange delivery. That makes sense. I thought he was the guy who engaged in anal intercourse with his teammates, but did so in a manner in which he never fully immersed his penis into the anal cavity, opting instead to poke the tip of his shaft through the sphincter repeatedly, thus achieving climax yet maintaining relatively fecal-matter-free genitalia.

No worries. It's a common mistake.

Your link said nothing about anything "submarine." What does that mean?

What does that stand for?

[conf. to dtb: it is just COPS. I know others wouldn't get the distinction, but I expect a bit more from you.]

The internet is a weird, weird place. (spree: odd blog)

Thank you for pointing that out to me, ncs. I do not really know much about the shows on the television. You do know how I like to be accurate, though, and I appreciate your thoughtful intervention.

Rock Star (INXS show)

Anyone watch this last night? Fortunately it is more Mark Burnett than American Idol, so I found it watchable. And not to go all str8 on your asses, but I thought you would want to know that the INXS lead guitarist who was featured prominently in the show is living in our building right now and we ran into him 20 minutes before the show started last night and he told us to watch. How very LA.

Were any of them good? I can't bring myself to watch bad wailing a la American Idol.

I only saw the first half or so, but several sounded pretty decent, and certainly seemed to do the angsty jump around rock star thing as well as, well, Michael Hutchence.

Who was kicked off? My TiVo was an hour behind and I didn't realize it until I dropped the paused hour to record something.

A few of them were quite good. None were horrible. They just featured part of each of their songs, enough to give you a feel for the performance without making you sit through 40 minutes of singing. It is really set up more as a group-dynamics thing and a watch-the-INXS-guys-and-Dave-Navarro-critique-and-agonize-over-who-to-cut thing than as a American Idolesque staged-performances-of-bad-songs thing. At least so far. Bad news is it is 3 nights a week for now.

SPOILER

The chick who killed that Eric Clapton song got the boot. It was between her and the one who went last who forgot the lines and flubbed the intro to the song.

Heh

Sex scenes in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas pisses off parents Interesting to know it's the sex, not the violence that gets their panties in a twist.

Anyone seen the scenes yet?
