like when the train i was on crashed. 2 people died, and a hundred got injured. those were personal injury claims, but it was Canada so I don't know if they have no-fault train riding?

Exactly, while I am an honourary citisen of our neighbour to the north, for the benefit of the lesser endowed here, I think we need clarity on American law. Is any poster an ambulance chaser type?
