Enron Decision - Law Firm Malpractice
 

I was just sent the following link by a member of this board (thank you member of the board).

This person informs me that the report concludes that there is sufficient evidence from which a fact-finder could determine that Vinson & Elkins and Andrews & Kurth committed malpractice under TX rules, aided and abetted breaches of fiduciary duty by Enron officers, or committed malpractice because of negligence.

Enron lobbyist George Strong was working the door of the Enron festivities that afternoon in Philadelphia. Strong, whose political work typically favors Democrats, recalls the rousing reception that greeted the Gramms as they stepped from the elevator at the Top of the Tower..........
