Mmmmmm, po-boys. Best one I ever had was in New Orleans, at some nameless* place in the Quarter. Deef fried soft shell crabs, nice crusty bread. Large beverage with way too much tequila. Yummm.
* I'm sure it had a name, but I was too fucked up to remember.
