Stuff around here is much the same. Ironweed and his dark army of malignant socks continues to wreak havoc on the smooth exchange of information and playful banter that is the hallmark of this board. There are some bright young old skool newbers who have really revved this place up (hi john123!). Leagl was banned by RT after the coup d'etat. Other than that, same old same old.

Reminds me that when I first came on the GreedyAssociates boards back on prodigy.net in '91 or maybe it was 90, I was kind of an unofficial admin cum moderator and known thereupon as the piecemaker, which meant I stayed out of the flame wars and bannable activity because hey after all we were comrades in arms in the fight for associate unionization and yes, there was the promise of cyberinduced hookups in slave's kitchen.
Of course, years later, with the advent of Plated's rule of Infirm and the GreedyPolitics chatting forum I started posting some banworthy things under a series of socks touting tanks and the associated virtues of a new psycho-philosophical theory of humanity known as compassionate multicultural humanism, but PT's socks were so much more hardcore that I didn't seem so bad in comparison.
I hope against hopelessness that now that leagl has been overthrown that RT keeps the personal flames and socking rabblerousers in check.
