I have only played the lotto once. Before the drawing, there was a possibility, however remote, that I would win. I siezed on that possibility and started making plans with the money similar to the ones outlined above. I tinkered with them, improved upon them, and they started becoming more and more concrete in my mind. I woke up happy the next few mornings just based on this
possiblity. My anticipation was palpable.
When the winning number were revealed, and they were not my numbers, I was crushed. It was as if someone had reached into my pocket and robbed me of tens of millions of dollars. I have not played the lotto since. Too depressing.
