Hour long in the morning. 30 minutes of cardio usually running. Rest of the class various tortures involving squats, lunges, push-ups, ab work, pull ups, bear crawls, trudging through sand, indian runs, etc. Sadistic ex-SEAL and/or Marine and/or Army Ranger yelling to make sure you're still going. My first week, I got stuck in the bathtub because I couldn't pull myself out. My first day, I was lucky that I didn't crash my car because it hurt to drive home.
