My point was that any prudent employer, given the current jurisprudence related to coercive work environments, would and SHOULD be concerned when a subordinate employee is having sex, consensual or otherwise, on work time, in the work place with a superior. Do you dispute that? Would you advise a client (other than one in the porn industry) that this is something that they should not be concerned with? At your firm, if the whole of the partnership found out a 21 yo secretary was regularly blowing a senior associate or non-equity partner in the workplace during work hours, would this or would this not be a matter of concern?

At a minimum I'd be concerned re. the lack of good judgement if said senior associate pulled out at the last minute to make it "less bad." For goodness sakes, if the act happens at least try and have the evidence destroyed, as it were.
