I forget (still at work and I'm tired). Weren't we talking about Osama? If so, his citizenship was revoked by Saudi Arabia in something like 1994. Treaty/schmeety.

Lawless land? Any place that tolerates someone plotting war against my nation is, at best, lawless. Well, at least if we can take em. In any case, its likely that the tolerance reflects upon the possibility of extradition treaties.

And any time the Mounties show up on the North Shore, they are almost certainly taking out liberals. I'll salute my beloved Canadian heros as they take the criminals to their rightful doom. Well, at least if the criminals are democrats. But that pretty much goes without saying, unless its some kind of offense relating to being a crackhead apparently.
