To refresh your recollection, summertime, 2001, Larry King, Greta Van sustern etal are all-Condit all the time. Reviewing my database of transcripts from CNN shows that Larry King did over 30 shows covering the top news story of the day-Gary Condit’s missing intern Chandra Levy, R.I.P., between the first of July and 9-10-01. I can’t remember what exculpatory evidence surfaced on Sept. 11th, but talk about smoking guns. It was like Condit used OJ’s bruno magli glove to wipe this story from the headlines.
I hope he at least had the decency to make a nice contribution to his local mosque.
