Its the "a" that gets me. I've never heard anyone say "He's a fat" or "That cat's a fat." Usually, its "He's fat" or "He's a fat(ie) or fat(so)," but never just "a fat." Its doesn't sound right, but it also sounds like it might be stolen from a Limp Bizkit song or some slang used by people who know Ashton Kutcher. I just want to know its derivation.
