[penske]FYI and FWIW, I have never been much of a steak fan, STS, BOC, preferring instead and in the alternative the other red meat, a/k/a cheese, which was the meat of choice during my youth on the commune in Glover, Vermont, which, by the by, is a fair bit outable so hush hush and keep it on the down low and all that, IYW. Anyhoo, as a non-steaker, STS, perhaps you would be so kind as to enlighten with respect to the relative qualities of the above-mentioned cuts of the not-other-red-meat, so as to improve upon my movie-slection and viewing in the future.[/penske]
