I like the Whiskey Bar at the Hotel Icon better, but the views are incredible at the Lobby Lounge. I hang out at the bar at the Warwick a lot, because a friend has an art gallery in that hotel, and it has always been a cool place. The bar at the Derek is too integrated with the restaurant.

The bar at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster, PA is open 'til ten, sports festive flourescent lighting and has Rolling Rock in the bottle. Be ready to talk about Jesus with the barkeep.
