Do with them whatever they were doing with other people who yell. (Including the people yelling pro-Bush stuff.)
At that point it seems like it's somewhat fact-specific. If it's an arena with a big crowd and a good sound system, and a lot of people are yelling, why crack down on them? If it's a smaller room and everyone else is being quiet, and the yelling is pretty disruptive, then take the heckler out.
