It's a joke. A running joke in Chicago. Everyone and their mothers claim to have "partied" with Chris Farley the night he died. Similar to everyone claiming to have seen the Shot Heard Around the World when Bobby Thompson homered against the Dodgers. If all of the claims are true, then 400,000 people were in attendance/partied with Farley.

So, you wanna party?

Also, FYI, if you get pulled onto stage at an improv show, never make fat jokes about a local comedian/celebrity the night after he dies.
