I don't claim to have any unique equipment or technique, but waaay back in the day I found a position and motion that seems to work good orgasms on chicks. One chick told me its a common move that should work on all girls with what she called "low vaginas" (still don't fully get that, but it has to do with the proximity of the vagina to the top of the pelvic bone), and from experience, I'd say she's right.
