There is deterioration that occurs because of inevitable natural processes, and then there is letting it slide. Stretchmarks happen. Breasts sag. Vericose veins pop up. Generally, these things are not within the control of the person, excepting that pregnancy certainly tends to accelerate several of them. Many people are willing to take that trade off. Barring plastic surgery, the baltspouse will never again have a stomach as tight as she had before the baltspawn (although she still looks better than 98% of women, IMHO), and I suspect she works out more than you (10hrs a week). I don't care, and since she's well within your acceptable range, you wouldn't either. That doesn't mean it's something she doesn't notice.
This has nothing to do with being fat, or out of shape. I'm just saying that for most men, if in the hypothetical of carrying a baby to term you added on the issue of strech marks and sagging breasts, it wouldn't be a deal breaker, just as it isn't for most women.
