That's really my main point. It's entirely inefficient. And I hate market inefficiencies. Kind of like going to stubhub.com (brokers) to get sporting events tickets when you can go to craigslist.com and get them directly through season ticket holders. With perfect or near-perfect flow of information (and we almost have that now), stubhub and headhunters should not exist.
