You probably want to be paying attention to this. Keyes is giving you a sneak preview of the future ontogeny of the
pro-life movement. With the growing realization that any philosophical position that is advanced in our society as the product of religious belief is self-limiting
because it is advanced as the product of religious belief, the
pro-lifers will now work to grow the next theme: The Fight For The Civil Rights Of Our Most Vulnerable. It's been easy so far for people to dismiss the religious justifications for the [b]pro-life[b] argument when they conflict with a perceived Right of women, but it's going to be tougher if this gets successfully re-cast as two competing Rights.
