The real issue, Mr. Sock, is whether you choose to abide by the TOS.
As for this "post" that (1) no Admin or Mod deleted and (2) by your own words, no one ever saw, I say look to the source of the controversy.
FWIW, this is not at all dissimilar to Paigow's recent false accusations lobbied against the Admins for reading PMs.
