Blacks do it all the time and it is culturally acceptable to them and to whites. Have you actually listened to a rap record before? Along with calling women bitches and ho's, the next most oft used word is nigger. The term is used by blacks both as a term of endearment and as an insult. And blacks don't seem bothered by this. It seems to be a celebrated part of their culture in some bizarre attempt to take ownership of the word.

That won't happen any time soon and blacks have no one to blame but themselves. They give that word the power that it has by making such a big deal out of using the word. There is this idea that they have ownership of the word, but really, it just makes the word a more powerful insult to them. Stupid, but not my problem.
