"Policy" is more than saying "Jon, I'll create more jobs, and bring back jobs lost". I think if you look that up its called "promise." See also: unlikely, unrealistic, hollow, fatally protectionist.
But the real bullshit hasn't even been heard yet. That's to come next week when the GOP trots out a cavalcade of its 15 REAL (See: Rockefeller) republicans so they can whore it up for moderate votes. Then, when the cameras are off, the Jesus loons can speak in tongues and scream "What about the children???" Oh, and as to policy, my guess is W will take a page from kerry and talk about what he's gonna do, without explaining how he's gonna do it.
