The ladies at the pho place where I go know me by name now. They know I'll be there on Thursday or Friday every week (they only make it once a week), and they don't bother to take my order anymore. They just go to the back, load up a plate of fresh basil, cilantro, sprouts, limes, chiles and mint and hand over a bowl of heaven. I don't know why it didn't occur to me before today that pho would be great for a hangover.
