Certainly, which is why I willingly support charity, and don't mind my taxes all that much (when they're not being wasted to appease someone's ego.)
But it's my choice. And your idea that, thankfully, you can confiscate from me up to your perceived level of "need" (which always seems to expand to bypass "available") is why I stay a fiscal conservative.
(Now, I just wish Bush would, too.)
