Here's the thing. If I wanted tofu, I'd eat tofu. Really, I'm not afraid of tofu. But when I want fish, well, I'd like it to
taste like fish.
But you know, if you're offering to cook, it might be a nice change from SportsCenter.
ETA: but hollandaise makes me want to hurl.
