New Porn Reality TV Show Maybe Coming To America
BARCELONA (Wireless Flash) -- "The Apprentice" winner gets to run one of Donald Trump's companies but there's a controversial reality TV show that is extending an even bigger prize to winners: The chance to be a porn star.
"Private Stars," a British reality show that just finished airing in the United Kingdom, is an adult show where five male contestants compete to be featured in an erotic film.
The Ron Jeremy wannabes live in the same house and are evaluated by professional female porn stars on various factors including their "performance" on the set of an adult film shoot.
Bravo and the company that supplies the film shoots and porn stars, Private Media Group, are currently trying to make the show available in the United States by October when a new series comes out in the U.K.
But don't expect the show, which airs late night, to be free porn. Alejandra Moore, a spokesperson for Private Media Group, insists, "There's no sex, no nudity. It fits into late night TV, it's not porn."
