I had a brief trip to Philly (flew in at 10, left at 3) not too long ago, and my client took me to Pat's on the way back to the airport. Or was it Geno's? It was the cleaner one -- according to my client -- that had more neon, and a picture/shrine of the cop killed by Mumia.
Anyhoo, tres tasty. But I went with a provolone wit. And had to trash my tie.
