I get a lot of anti-gay emails from one client in particular and anti-immigrant emails from a couple of others. I guess white English speaking immigrants are OK. Unfortunately they are paying clients and I can't afford to lose them. If I get that crap from non-clients they get an earful.
I left my old firm in part* because they were anti-everyone-who-isn't-a-churchgoing-white-guy. It was a really offensive atmosphere. He liked to hire women, because "they work for less." Nice guy.
